Thailand First International Lantern&Food Festival

From November 12 to December 6, 2021 

The First Thailand International Lantern and Food Festival 

will be held at the Ancient City in partnership with Ancient City Group, One Ever Service Company, Index Creative Village PLC and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

The festival will feature over 1,000 lanterns and food from around the world.

To celebrate the Thai tradition of Loy Krathong Festival, there will be special activities such as Thai Thai traditional dress theme, floating a Krathong basket to honor the river goddess, magnificent firework display, holy candle in clay pot lighting activity, and vibrant local temple fair and carnival.

Every public holiday will also feature a special musical performance and a traditional firework display.

Enjoy the evening breeze while admiring ancient architectural designs at the Ancient City, take pictures with over 1,000 lanterns from around the world.

The goal of the festival is to convey to domestic and international visitors the beginning of the post-epidemic era, ready and looking forward to visitors coming to Thailand. The festival will also help revitalize Thailand's tourism industry and will be held in compliance with the new crown precautions mandated by the government.
